01Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "user") and ON International Business LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as ON Studios ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using on-studios.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
02Eligibility
The Site is intended for adult users only. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater).
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Your use of the Site does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
03Nature of the Site
This Site is an informational and inquiry portal for ON Studios' boutique creator management services. The Site itself does not constitute an offer to enter into a representation agreement.
Any actual representation relationship between ON International Business LLC and a creator is governed by a separate written management agreement, executed independently of this Site. Submission of an application form does not guarantee acceptance.
04Permitted Use
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
- Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information through any form.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any related systems.
- Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site without our prior written consent.
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the Site without express written permission.
- Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or any technology that may damage or interfere with the Site.
- Use the Site to transmit spam, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful material.
05Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the ON monogram, photographs, audio, video, and code — is owned by or licensed to ON International Business LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. No other rights are granted.
06Submitted Information
When you submit an application or send us a message, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You retain ownership of your information; however, you grant us a limited license to use it for the purpose of evaluating your inquiry, contacting you, and operating our services.

07No Earnings Guarantee
Any revenue figures, growth percentages, case studies, or testimonials referenced on the Site reflect specific outcomes for individual creators under specific circumstances. They are not a representation, warranty, or guarantee of any particular result for any other creator.
Outcomes depend on a wide variety of factors including, but not limited to, content, audience, niche, time invested, and market conditions — many of which are outside our control.
08Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
09Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ON INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100).
10Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ON International Business LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
11Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by ON International Business LLC. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices, or conduct of any third-party sites. Inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement.
12Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason — including if we believe you have violated these Terms. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution) shall survive.
13Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
14Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any management agreement executed separately, constitute the entire agreement between you and ON International Business LLC concerning the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a continuing waiver.
